Hey lady! How you been? Thank you! I can tell this texture will get better with time too. I typically fast 36-40 hours. Thinking about going longer next time. Back in the day I used to fast 3-5 days. I want to try a liquid diet for a few days next. I notice so much mental clarity, energy and gut health benefits from water fasting💜

I’ve been being more spiritually driven drawing closer to God and pouring into myself. You can’t pour from an empty cup so make sure you are prioritizing Self First (after God of course) Working out eating cleaner journaling getting out in nature and most importantly keeping myself put together. when you look good you really do feel better. I’ve been doing most of my maintenance at home and it’s really helping me keep a sound mind. Oh and finding a good show and book that you can escape in your free time has been the ultimate form of self care. Staying off of social media helps too! Praying for betters days for all who is going through tough times. Philippians 4:6&7 Do not be anxious… Gets me through 💛💜

With me being an empath, I get empty really quick, so recharging is very important and necessary in my life, also setting boundaries. Yea it is. I notice some brands and styles are darker than others. You can try a 4 if available

I think it’s 150% Density so I’d say it’s full but not over powering so it’s not thin while still being lightweight
